U.S. Customers: PB&J Boutique will pay for all UPS Ground shipping costs associated with returns or exchange and a complete refund under the following conditions:
- Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via USPS. Contact PB&J Boutique to intiate returns.
- Returns/Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the shipped date.
- Returns/Exchanges are to be sent in original packaging if possible.
- All returns/exchanges must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- All sales are final on sale merchandise. Non sale merchandise bought with a discount coupon are NOT considered "sale merchandise".
- All UPS return labels included in shipments regardless of original shipment method used or purchased will be UPS Ground labels.
Canadian Customers: The same conditions apply for Canadian customers as for U.S. Customers. However, an UPS return label is not provided. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return shipment.
How do I make an exchange/return?
- 1. Complete the return/exchange form that was included in your shipment.
- 2. Enclose the returned marchandise and the return/exchange form in the original packaging if possible.
- 3. U.S. Customers: Remove the original UPS shipping label and attach the UPS Ground return label that was included in the original shipment.
- 4. U.S. Customers: Drop off the box at an UPS Store or UPS Facility. Contact us directly if you require or request an UPS pickup at your residence.
- 5. Canadian Customers: Mail the shipment to PB&J Boutique
If you are not satisfied with you merchandise you may exchange your item(s) for another size or even a completely different item.
Since we buy in limited quantities please email us if you would like us to hold your item(s) to ensure that you receive what you would like.
For returns it can take from 2 to 3 weeks from the ship date for the returned merchandise to be processed and for your account to be credited.
A refund will only be credited back to your original method of payment.
If you have lost your original invoice, return/exchange form and/or return shipping label please e-mail or call us for a replacement.
Expected Transit Time
The table below indicates how many business days an UPS ground shipment takes before delivery. Please note that shipments are shipped the next business day after
order confirmation. Canadian customers should expect up to 5-6 business days before delivery via United States Postal Service.
