For shipping purposes, U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico) are considered international.

U.S. Customers: PB&J Boutique will pay for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchange and a complete refund under the following conditions:
- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the shipped date.
- Returns/Exchanges are to be sent in original packaging if possible.
- Returns/Exchanges must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- All sales are final on Sale merchandise.
- All return labels included in shipments will be UPS Ground labels.
- Returns from Hawaii & Alaska: Contact PB&J Boutique to intiate the return process.
Canadian Customers:
- The same conditions apply for Canadian customers as for U.S. Customers. However, an UPS return label is not provided. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return shipment.
- Customer is responsible for all local customs and duty charges.
International Customers:
- PB&J definition of an international customer: An order not shipped to any of the 50 U.S. States or to Canada.
- With exceptions, we ship world wide. We may cancel orders where payment/address info can not be verified.
- Billing and Ship-To address must match. We may contact you to verify your address and payment card information.
- All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
- $20 shipping charge per 4 lbs (1.82 kg).
- The same return/exchange conditions apply for international customers as for U.S. Customers. However, an UPS return label is not provided. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return shipment.
- Customer is responsible for all local customs and duty charges.
How do I make an exchange/return?
- 1. Complete the return/exchange form that was included in your shipment.
- 2. Enclose the returned marchandise and the return/exchange form in the original packaging if possible.
- 3. Attach the UPS label to the package. This label is already paid for by PB&J and it came with your original shipment.
- 4. Deliver the package to UPS. Please do not deliver the package to the Post Office.
- 5. Hawaiian/Alaskan customer: Contact PB&J Boutique to initiate the return process.
- 6. Canadian and other International Customers: Please mail the shipment to PB&J Boutique.
If you are not satisfied with you merchandise you may exchange your item(s) for another size or even a completely different item.
Since we buy in limited quantities please email us if you would like us to hold your item(s) to ensure that you receive what you would like.
For returns it can take from 2 to 3 weeks from the ship date for the returned merchandise to be processed and for your account to be credited.
A refund will only be credited back to your original method of payment.
If you have lost your original invoice, return/exchange form and/or return shipping label please e-mail or call us for a replacement.
Expected Transit Time
PB&J will ship same day or guaranteed ship the next business day. Our free shipping takes between 2 to 6 days in transit depending on the distance between Northern
California and destination for the shipment. Heavier items are usually shipped with UPS Ground which may take up to 6 business days for a East Coast delivery while
lighter items are shipped with USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail and these shipments typically reach their destination within 3 to 4 business days.
During the checkout process, you may also select an expedited shipping service for a fee.
Once we process your order, we will send you a tracking number and the estimated delivery date.
