International Customers - Welcome !

We are happy to ship to a select number of countries other than our home base which is the United States. We ship to Norway, Sweden, Finland, UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Greece, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Canada.

Once you have placed your order, we use Paypal to verify the validity of the transaction made. The shipping address must be identical to the billing address. We can not make any exception to this rule.

The flat international shipping fee is $20 per order and this includes all countries except from the United States and Canada. The max weight for a shipment is 4 lbs or 1.8 kg and $400. If you place an order greater than these guidelines we will contact you to verify that we have to break up the order into multiple shipments which will cost $20 each. For instance, order that weighs 2.5 kg will be broken into two separate orders which will cost $20 each for a total of $40.

When an international order is made, we ship with United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not issue a tracking number for these orders but we do keep a delivery receipt issued by USPS once delivered for our own records.

We offer full refunds and exchanges for all orders. However, the purchaser is responsible for paying the return shipment and any other shipment cost associated with an exchange.

We follow all US regulation regarding exporting shipments outside the United States. It is the responsibility of the recipient (the customer) to cover any customs or associated fees/payments according to the laws of the country where the shipment is sent. If a shipment is held in customs and not collected by the customer no refund will be issued.
